Abstract: This study aimed at tracking the impact of using smart devices by the schools` principals on their supervisory performance from the teacher's points of view. The study followed the correlative descriptive approach to reach the objectives. A questionnaire was applied as a study`s instrument. The study sample consisted of (1310) teachers. By using the appropriate statistical methods, the study could reach the following results: (a) the level of using the smart devices by Kuwaiti Public School principals was high. (b) the Kuwaiti Public Schools` Principals were very qualified in their supervisory performance. (c)There were statistically significant differences in using smart devices by the Kuwaiti schools` principals related to the variable of gender, the variable of years’ experience, major, school level and the variable of educational district (d) There were statistically significant differences in the supervisory performance as a whole related to the variable of years’ experience, major and the variable of educational district (i) There was an impact of statistical significance for using smart devices on the principals' supervisory performance. According to the results, the study ended with the following recommendations :(a) Providing more authorities for schools` principals in order to enable them for better and more qualified supervisory performance (b) Taking advantage of centralized education administration by distributing the fact that supervisory performance must include the use of smart devices, as the results of the study showed the positive impacts of using them.
